Since when is it customary for an elevated restaurant to bring the terminal to the table and have the customer tap the tip right in front of the waitress? This practice is disgusting and part of the reason my review went to a 2 star. Print the receipt, hand it to the customer, and allow privacy for the transaction process. Also, 20% as the starting tip percentage is crazy. Customers are indirectly forced to tap either 20%, 25%, or 30% because the waitress has her hand extended while standing there waiting for you to finish the transaction. This is never okay. We waited an extra 45 minutes for our food which was okay because it was a Friday night and they were very busy.
