The layout of the stage in relation to access routes and the bar areas can make it tricky to see the stage and stand comfortably if the venue is nearer capacity- this is the only real downside to the venue id say. As result staff just end up standing by watching as children commonly do not listen. A lovely lady Sophie came to help us connect to the somewhat slow WiFi. Sophie was a very friendly staff member and airhop should be very proud to have her, she is so good with kids yet very Sturn when needed and I saw that most kids would change their behaviour once she told them what was expected. She was also very attentive to our needs and was very helpful and kind to my boys. The only reason this review is high is because I feel the staff are trying the best at what is asked of them, but this is getting out of hand and unsafe with little supervision and seemingly under appreciation towards their staff.
