The brisket, ribs, beans, and potato salad that I ate were amazing, and my wife really praised their Mac and cheese. The Cole Slaw and Peach Cobbler were pretty good (no pumpkin pie today). They gave us a sausage to sample, which was pretty good as well. The brisket is not really visible in the pictures, because the ribs were on top of the brisket, but it had a nice smoke ring, was juicy, trimmed well, and easily passed the bend test. I wasn't a huge fan of the bbq sauce, but the food didn't need any bbq sauce. They offer a very nice "fixins" bar with all of the usual plus jalapeños and another type of pepper.
