It was wonderful to see the restored church that Harriet attended on Park Street. The congregation moved to a new building I'm guessing about 60 years ago. The most amazing part of this site is the ranger who grew up in Ghana and lived I the prisons where Harriet Tubman’s ancestors would have come from. The original people running the site couldn’t do it alone so they are combining with the national parks but they are renovating her house so get very it a few years and then it will be way worth it. Don’t get me wrong it was an amazing find and awesome experience but in a few years it will be way way better. The park doesn't have a playground. Overall it's ok. It's a good place to walk around and have different flowers to look at. The pond has a huge amount of algae on it.
