The room itself was done wonderfully great decor. I will say several (about 70%) of the puzzles are combination locks but most of the answers made sense and weren’t too difficult to find. Going with a group definitely gets expensive so I wish they had some time of student discount but even paying the full amount was worth it for the 2 hours of fun. For Covid precautions they took our temperature before the game began and we had to have masks and gloves on while we were playing the game which for us wasn’t a big deal and it’s nice to see they are keeping everything as safe and clean as possible. I’ve done quite a few escape rooms now and this was probably the coolest one I’ve ever done. Trap Doors other escape room Cure Z which is at the same location in Bartonsville was my favorite room before doing this one. Without getting into spoilers this experience really made you feel like you were on a farm with a tornado fast approaching. A lot of the puzzles were very original and things I’ve never seen before. They were very liberal with giving clues which was nice because without them we would’ve been stuck a couple of times, and I’ve had a few escape room experiences where the game master wouldn’t provide clues and they would let us stay stuck on a puzzle until we solved it ourselves. Our only complaint was the day we did the room it was very hot outside and the air conditioning wasn’t cooperating in the building so it was incredibly hot but that didn’t ruin or impact our experience. The owner told us after that it was an issue they were trying to fix. We escaped the room and had a great time. I highly recommend this room and their other room as well. It is well worth it and I’m looking forward to the new rooms they are planning on building in Bartonsville.
