There was a bowl of wet towels and cucumbers, but i was hesitant seeing that the cucumbers did not look fresh and i didnt want to get like an eye infection. I recommend you bring your own slippers, some that you can also shower with because the ones offered are plastic and don't seem clean. So many people use the same sandals and could easily get athletes foot or something. They offer a glass of either mimosa or champagne, but just 1. There are also apples, or trail mix you can snack on in the relaxation room. You'll get called for your massage, and after that they take you back to the lockers and recommend the steam room. You can shower and change, they do offer literally everything from shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hair gel, hair spray, shaved, tampons, hair comb, etc. whatever you need. There are towels but they had a very bad smell to them which I wasn't expecting considering this is a nice resort. Anyways, there are 2 pools, jacuzzi, and the beach. I visited the pool with a slide and it was full of family & kids, but tried the bar for some drinks and appetizers, and it is totally overpriced. Spent almost $200(w/tip) on chips&salsa and 2 drinks. Then went to the jacuzzi, and 4 kids around ages 6-9 were inside... so just left to the beach. There you can get beach chairs, bungalow, towels, and even kayak. It was alot nicer at the beach. Upon arrival was kinda disorganized and I was shuffled around, just so they could stay on schedule. I felt the level of customer service could of been more pleasant and organized. We ordered from groupon, so I'm glad we didn't pay the full amount as our massages were done in separate rooms and we were not offered the couples suite for a upcharge.
