Indigenous displays are fanatastic and so interesting. The colonial displays are historical but boring. One suggestion. There is no welcoming signage at the entrance. The museum looks closed. In fact the right door was locked although the left opened. There was no one at the desk as they were in the gift shop and did come out. As welcoming, belonging and inclusivity are researched values/experiences for visitors, perhaps more attention should be paid to striving to welcome visitors since so many more people need to experience and appreciate the remarkable art of indigenous peoples.

We walked it specifically to see the rapids.
