Ok we spent the night at Holiday Inn express for $130.00 thing's happen. Not long after we got to our home maybe a week or so I went out in the morning to find a completely flat tire. No problem, changed the tire and went to Adobe's office at Herradura. I explain to the agent what occurred and say I'd like a new tire so we still have a spare. After looking at the tire in the trunk with the guy he takes the car and tire for repair. Upon returning the agent insists I fill out a police report and says I'm responsible for the tire and that I destroyed the tire by driving on it. After about an hour of me doing my best to remain patient while he talks to the main office in SJ. I finally lose it when he insists we can't leave his office until said tire is paid for. Watch......this is me leaving your office and not letting you continue to call me a liar. 30 plus day trip comes to an end, I know I have to deal with returning the car in SJ. I return the car as promised on July 20th. The agent in SJ says the car is late 1- day and I owe for that additional time and I owe $58.00 for a tire and $10.00 for paperwork to get my $1,000.00 deposit. Oh this is the best part, they have some horrible black and white 8-1/2×11 photo copies of a shredded tire to prove their point. Not the tire I changed but still a tire. Needless to say we have an exchange of conversation and I threaten to call them out on trip advisor and face book etc. which gets me nowhere. When I tell the agent I will instantly contact the credit card company upon return to the states if they insist on ripping me off to establish a dispute he suddenly changes his tune. All additional charges disappear and I'm left paying what we agreed upon originally for a month long rental. I won't be using Adobe again and hope my review helps others avoid an unnecessary hassle.
