Blue Spirit has a website for which I arranged the airport transfer days before I was supposed to leave, Nosara Shuttle is the company that provides these transports. Mine & multiple other people attending the retreat that week flights were delayed and/or cancelled completely. The front desk at Blue Spirit directed us to contact Nosara shuttle to rearrange our transport. Nosara Shuttle refused to change my date of transport despite not violation terms and conditions. They continued to send me the terms and condition on WhatsApp as if I didn't understand. I did not violate terms and conditions, I cannot control that my flight was delayed then cancelled. I did not ask for a refund, I simply asked for a change of date. They charged $150 for 2 people in a shared shuttle and I had to dispute it with my bank. Nosara Shuttle kept referring me to Blue Spirit and vise versa. Basically no one helped, I did not want a refund. It was the principle of helping a human out to receive a service that was paid for. I do not recommend using this company for the simple fact of they did not do what's best for the customer but yet we have to be compassionate and provide tips for drivers that are already overcharging for their convenience/benefit. If you stay at Blue Spirit, do not book your shuttle through them at all. I would recommend Terratour Nosara.
