Savoy/ Niza. I found cockroaches in my room as well as bugs in my sheets. I don’t believe the carpets have been cleaned in years. The paint is chipping off the ceiling and walls. The rooms smell like mold. Their is no hot water. The disco plays music until 5am so with all the other issues and the pounding music until 5 am this is not up to Canadian standards.
