Don’t get me wrong, me and my boy had fun doing the coaster and short circuit (get to do 4 different courses). But at $234 for the 2 of us, it ain’t cheap. I thought it was a bit much asking us then to pay for locker use too after forking out that much. The staff all seemed friendly for being so young. What left a sour taste and is a major flag however was a badly damaged walkway with loose flooring and an exposed screw/ nail. This was in the trampoline area. The whole board was bouncing up and down and could have easily come loose, It was a disaster waiting to happen for a kid to run onto it/ fall on it. I’m not sure how regularly maintenance checks are carried out, but I suggest these should be done a bit more regularly. Before noticing it I actually thought the boards all seemed loose and was amazed the stress the boards appeared to be under in that area. I took a video but unfortunately can’t post it so photo probably won’t do it justice. Someone else had notified staff prior to me and I believe they were going to check it out. Overall the experience was fun, but expensive. If your kid asks you for a birthday party here, you might wanna hope for a lottery win prior. I would also suggest anyone under 110cm, therefore unable to participate in the better courses, receives their entry for free. It totally ruined the vibe of such and idyllic location. Well done, it takes some really crappy service for me to write a review... we won't be returning and will be advising others to look elsewhere!
