No I had the cushion a week, only because I couldn’t get back to Ampthill because I live in and work in Bedford. I noticed the smell immediately when I got home as it was giving me and my housemate a headache and tried to air it with no improvement. For the rest of the week I left it tied up in a bag in the boot of my car because the smell was too strong to have in the house. I phoned up on Saturday a week after I bought the cushion and you told me to come over to discuss it. When I arrived you refused to refund me my money giving me a wasted journey in time and petrol money and so I left the cushion with you as I didn’t want it due to the smell. How rude to lie in your response. Really disappointed with being refused a refund when I tried to return a £20 cushion bought from the shop which had a chemical smell that was giving myself and housemates headaches. The owner stated she could not resell this item and that it didn’t smell even though I could smell the scent as I entered the shop. Don’t buy soft furnishings from this shop. Just very sad to have lost my money and not be able to enjoy the product and the lack of customer service. I left the cushion at the shop as I didn’t want it in the house.
