When I called the following day Sara was argumentative, tried to blame me for not following her advice to put them on first thing in the morning and wear them all day. Even mentioned that I’d been seen by several eye doctors hinting that I’m not being consistent with my eye care, I needed surgery to correct debilitating double vision, so yeah, I saw a few doctors…. I blew up over the phone at her when I couldn’t take it anymore, never once did she try to take any ownership of there being an actual problem but we ended the conversation with the plan for them to send the glasses back, I dropped them off the following day. Sara was there when I dropped them off, rather curt with and borderline rude. It was later that day when I decided to just get a refund. It was when I spoke to Patty the owner that I decided to leave this review. She needed to get my credit card number for the refund and never once asked what happened or offered anything to try to make it right (besides refunding the money of course), a simple “I’m really sorry you had a poor experience” would have gone a long way with me, I’m really not an unreasonable person and it takes a lot for me to loose my cool. I figure she just took Sara’s word that I’m a lunatic because I blew up at her over the phone. I know this is long and rambling but I also know Patty reads these reviews and I hope that both she and Sara take this to heart. Listen to your customers in the future. They likely know their eyes a whole lot better than you do.
