Jennifer called me and kept me up to date, every step of the way. And because she knew this was a surprise, she went above and beyond each time she called always asking if it was a good time to talk - it’s the little details. They called me the day it had been stretched and I went in to look at it. They also kept me up to date with the framing process, obviously the frame had to be custom made. The entire process took just over two weeks to be complete. She helped me come up with an idea to get my husband into her gallery and even took video of us arriving, so incredibly thoughtful. The professionalism these ladies have is amazing! They knew all the ins and outs of dealing with a canvas as large as his, and they couldn’t have done a better job if they tried.
