Jolly Roger definitely would be a better pick than trimpers . And if you want to go just for the haunted house you don't need a wristband for it nor a card . I haven't been to jolly Roger yet but I can assure you it's 100x better than this if your above the age of 13 even. Everything is new and crisp. It was built from the love of arts. It’s huge with two floors of galleries and workshops. A number of classrooms and offices. Clean restrooms and a spectacular view. After finding it and enjoying the gallery we signed up for a glass. The sign-up for classes was easy. We did it in person but it could be done on the phone or on their beautifully designed website. We enjoyed the two hour fused glass class. The instructor was very fun and informative. Actually we were the only two in the class. Assuming because it’s summer people have other plans. VACASA blames the owner - who lives “four states away.” The oven doesn’t work - and reeks of carbon monoxide when you turn it on, half the lights don’t work, the main door handle falls off, there’s one less bathroom than listed - at least there’s one door that didn’t open (maybe there’s a bathroom on the other side, who knows?) there were rodent droppings under the sink, multiple blinds are broken, and there wasn’t enough hot water to fill the master bath tub. Oh, and we found a dead rodent by the frigid pool. We asked for a full refund and to check out early but they refused. There are thousands of places to stay in AZ - don’t make the mistake of staying at this place or working with VACASA. We’ve been waiting for a proper credit since March 18th. It’s now April 1st. Apparently we’re in the “queue” but unable to talk with an actual decision maker. The service with VACASA isn’t even status quo. It’s less than that. No one is incentivized to solve a problem nor to they take accountability. It’s one of the worst examples of business practice and customer service I’ve ever witnessed. There was dust hanging from the kitchen light fixture, stains on the walls, stains on doors around doorknobs, chipped paint on walls, patio furniture missing feet, and rusted. In the plaid bedding bedroom: there were tiles used for a recent renovation were in the closet of the bedroom, the closet door was broken and therefore difficult to open, and the windows were dirty and had mold buildup on them. So i called the rental company so we could pick them up and they couldnt find them when i perfectly explained what i left, where it was, and what it looked like. After waiting for a call back they said the cleaning lady couldnt find my clothes? Were you even paying attention to anything i said? I left pillows. Forreal this place is a joke. Find your own rentals. Century 21 isnt good for anything they cant even locate pillows on a mattress.
