Have been using this shop since it opened and it's a gem! Has most dry goods you need and lots more, great present ideas too. Local veg and freshly baked bread. The washing up brush is brilliant and the peanut butter is great. The owner and staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the products without being preachy. Great quality looking items and that’s just a start, the owners Alicia & Steve are the most down to earth people and their communication is second to none! These guys would certainly give you great customer service and great products from their shop.
I also deliver their stock to them and they’re always helpful and considerate when I’m due to deliver before shop is open, which is a great help to myself to continue on with my day ahead!

We came into the shop today, it is so lovely but you know what was lovelier, the shop assistant (not sure that's the best way to describe her as she was more than that). She was so interested in us, making time to talk to us and on this occasion we didn't buy anything but she spoke to us like we were old friends.

Visited Bango with my Daughter who's an Asian food fiend.
It's a lovely spacious restaurant with friendly and attentive staff. The food came quickly and was well presented.
However, I had mixed feelings about the food. As someone who cooks and has eaten lots of Asian dishes from all around the world, I found two of the three dishes we had lacking on flavour. The Pork belly Bao was excellent In flavour but with a basic side salad and medium bun I would consider it overpriced. The chicken katsu mayo roll really had no flavour at all., almost bland.
The Cornish brisket that topped the loaded fries was delicious, but had just been placed on top of what seemed like basic unseasoned oven fries.
Overall we were both a little disappointed, but It wouldn't stop us from trying again, possibly trying the small plate dishes during happy hour.

Few weeks ago in my haste purchased for the very first time some walking shoes.Found I developed a back ache wearing and put it down to the new shoes.The shoes I chose were perfectly waterproof but very very heavy.
I called up customer services.Could not be more helpful. Did everything for me to be sure I would be happy. Been buying their socks for about seven years, and the quality of the socks has fallen off a cliff.
Second, the management are incredibly thin-skinned when it comes to leaving feedback on their site. I used to love Seasalt and believe them to be an ethical, honourable and reliable company. I have had the misfortune to fall foul of their over complicated return system and need to engage with their appalling customer services system.
I have spoken to the call centre twice over the last 10 days. This has been out sourced to South Africa where the staff attempt to be helpful but the connection quality is so dreadful and the background noise so loud that mutual understanding is very challenging. I was told 4 days ago that they would escalate my issue via email and I would get a response in a few days- nothing. I have also emailed via the contact form (over a week ago) and had no response.
I don't know where to go from here. Contacting anyone who can actually make a decision and refund my money seems to be impossible. Seasalt, for a company who prides itself on its localism, ethics and customer service you have failed spectacularly. You are a disgrace.

Seasalt, you have really let yourselves down !! I ordered an item of clothing on the 29th October with a delivery of 3 to 4 days. As I did not receive a despatch notice on the 5th day I emailed Seasalt only to have a response that it would be 3 weeks before they would be able to respond to my query. I've left Spar twice and each time I needed to come back, I was welcomed back with no problems which is definitely not something a lot of shops would do. 🥴 so, if you want to get decent shopping at awesome prices and be served by lovely staff who actually care if you have a good day, then go to Spar Bar Road 😊 it'll be worth your time.

I would like to log a complaint against the manager of the Spar shop in Falmouth Bar Road. On Monday I secured permission for a letter to be delivered to this shop from a member of staff working at the time.
