It was all absolutely delicious and came out approximately 2 dishes at a time with ideal timing so we'd generally just finished the two previous dishes before the next two appeared. The flavours were delicate and well balanced, I particularly enjoyed the beef meatballs with a very fresh tasting tomato sauce and lovely herb flavours in well cooked, high quality meat. We also had dessert - which though a small selection again all sounded amazing and made it very hard to choose. The Gelato served with both our desserts was extremely high quality, soft, creamy, no icey bits, and had amazing flavours when we asked the waiter what it was he replied that they used to make their own icecream and though it was good they felt it wasn't as high quality for their standards and switched to the present Italian Gelato supplier. My friend and I were staying the night just next to the restaurant, at Sunny Lyn Holiday Park, while hiking the South West Coast Path. Having walked 20 miles that day, we didn't want to have to walk down (and up again) the big hill into Lynmouth, so we took a chance and popped our heads in at Nartnapa to see if they could fit us in for dinner that night. We were greeted with smiling faces and confirmation that they could seat us. The ambience was happy yet calm, with lots of other satisfied customers already enjoying their food. Our meals were delicious (prawn green curry and pad Thai), and the sticky toffee puddings afterwards really hit the spot. The prices are competitive, the bar well stocked and the food marvellous.
