For my massage, EVERY body part that my therapist moved to next she started with the dry brush, which means every 7 minutes you were taken out of your relaxed state and scratched. Total cost was over $300 for a massage that was mediocre at best, and zero actual spa amenities. You can do better.

It was nice to have an option where I could take an active rest day but still have the option to move with the previous Flow + Resort/Slow Yoga classes.
