However I have ordered again today from my joes thinking my last experience was a one off! Today it took over 2 and half hours for my food to arrive and had the food been decent I would of waved the wait time because myself and my family were absolutely starving, yet the food came freezing cold, mushrooms and black pudding undercooked and my daughter couldn’t even eat her burger and chips as not only was it cold but it was soggy! The manager seriously needs to consider how many orders they can actually cater for before accepting them. The storage of food during transport also needs to be addressed as clearly the food was not kept warm between the cafe and the commute!
