On a positive note, I must say the spots were concrete, very long, wide and very level, almost to were I didn't need leveling jacks. Probably the most level spot I've ever been in, which was very nice. Utilities all worked great, no obstructions for satellite, and it was quiet. Overall, it was a decent park.
