Quite a small selection compared to what I've read about in the reviews and we struggled to find anything of interest. Overall quite disappointing and we ended up walking out. Shame really because the set up is something I would really like to promote / support but after this visit I find it highly unlikely we will be returning or recommending. Feel like the counter staff need urgently retraining in customer service if it is to continue getting the good reviews that lured us to give it a try. Ended up going across the road to the museum cafe where we got a far friendlier welcome. It also has the bonus of being a great place to visit and any profit made is used toward the museums upkeep. Also find it strange that they never respond to any of their bad reviews it's almost as if they believe it must be the customers fault.
