After that, we waited for 15mins & had 4-5ppl BEHIND the bar that never acknowledged us to greet us, get our order, ask us how we were, you know... basic bar courtesy 101 and remember there some of them walking right PAST US to go in and out from behind the bar. We should have left then, but we wanted to give this place some chance & benefit of doubt. When a short haired female noticed & asked if we had been helped we said no, we FINALLY had our order taken & drinks served. While drinking, NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON behind the bar interacted with us (you know, what usually happens when sitting AT the bar vs a table or talk tops around the bar). Not a bar back, waiter/waitress, bartender, NOBODY... and they passed by several times to grab water jugs right in front of us behind the bar or go in/out from behind the bar. After finishing our drinks we wanted to close out to head to another spot to check out in the area... but again, we had ZERO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. We were fed up with the disrespect. We didn't wait for the bill and got up and left cash for our drinks. Only THEN did a male bar back say something to us. Female bartender with tattoo sleeve had princess syndrome and never said anything and other male bartender did everything to just ignore; Neither one of them even came to the back end of the bar where we were sat. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Owner needs to watch vids on this place because money is absolutely being left on the table because staff doesn't display basic bar etiquette nor Louisville charm. My husband and I could've bought a few rounds & stayed until close if we had a pleasant experience, but unfortunately we did not. We will NEVER be back to patronize this place and will NOT RECOMMEND to others we know who may visit or want to visit Louisville.
