I called the front desk because it was getting late and wanted them to do something about it. Waited an hour and no one and up. I then decided to go to the front desk to see what was going on. I was told by the front desk receptionist that we had to wait for the shuttle driver to get back because he’s also the security guard. She said it would be another hour before he got back. Quite careless and frankly, dangerous leaving only one staff member overnight to handle everything in my opinion. After reading the reviews I was concerned with finding bugs so i traveled with bb spray. Lol., but outside of 1 fly in one of our rooms none were found. They could have been swept and vacuumed but everything else was clean and tidy. Pillows were a tad bit small but workable. I used my points but the price of staying wasn't bad. Checking in was very easy and the gentleman was polite. Our key didn't work getting into the hotel so a worker let us in and said they happens sometimes but it should work at your room. The room assigned (double queen) appeared clean. However upon closer examination, one of the beds was filthy.
