I saw a few other reviews mentioning noise from the road and I was in the room closest to the road and didn't have much of a problem - i put on some white noise and took some melatonin and was out! I just signed up for next year's Boulderthon and am currently planning to stay at the Boulder University Inn again if I can!

When you first come here, you may at first struggle to find parking. There’s one paid parking space a little to the east of the central area of Pearl St that is free to park in during the weekends. I’m sure there’s other spots too. It’s not as big as I had originally thought, but it’s definitely worth checking out. Next time I come here I really wanna check out more of the shops. It is such a beautiful spot to enjoy an afternoon at a pedestrian promenade. We wish more places we visited (and we've been to a lot of places) had an area like this.
