While the scenery was indeed beautiful, particularly the sunrise, several significant issues detracted from our experience. Firstly, the pricing structure felt unfair. We paid $5USD extra for a bonfire for our group, but it was not implied that other groups would either share it or be double-charged for the same fire. After promising to set up our bonfire (which apparently we couldnt do by ourselves and required gathering guava sticks), he left our group and went to Ochi Town with other guests staying in the treehouse. Furthermore, his pet dog, Bella, was a significant nuisance, consistently stealing food from our bags and even directly from a guest. Stray dogs were also present, though less problematic.
