The replacement soup was still far too salty.
Although they eventually said they wouldn’t charge us for the dish, their attitude and behavior were unprofessional and downright scary.

Korean soups are meant to be served hot, and this is a basic expectation.
Almost every soup on our table was not hot enough, which ruined the experience and flavor.

최악의 경험 – 고객을 조롱하고, 한국 음식을 왜곡한 식당
우리는 5명이 함께 방문해 순두부찌개, 육개장, 치킨라면, 된장국, 만두국을 주문했습니다.
문제 1. 된장국 – 너무 짰습니다.
다른 음식들의 간을 기준으로 보았을 때, 된장국은 도저히 먹을 수 없을 정도로 짜서 조용히 문제를 제기했습니다.
하지만 문제를 해결하는 방식이 더욱 충격적이었습니다.
문제 제기 직후, 식당에 “쏠티, 쏠티, 짜다, 짜다”라는 가사의 노래가 나왔습니다.
단순한 우연이라기엔 너무도 뚜렷하게, 마치 고객을 조롱하는 듯한 연출이었습니다.
저희가 그 상황에 대해 주방에 있는 대표 부부로 보이는 분에게 이야기하자,
그는 오히려 큰소리로 화를 내며 ‘랜덤 노래다’라는 주장만 반복했습니다.
