I chose a carbonara and amatriciana for my partner+ water( only in bottle,no tap water available ). Both sauces were delicious with real guanciale, but Amatriciana is too spicy( we do not have chilli flakes in our pasta ,I guessed this might be for Irish people) and we don't normally eat fettuccine but spaghetti.. and I'm sorry but they were overcooked and sticky. Fettuccine is a delicate pasta, 2-3 Minuts boiling and it needs to be cooked al dente as you will be able to grab with your fork and make a nest. The one I ate was just sticky pasta. This is my opinion:) I hope you guys could take it in a positive way. I have to try the focaccia still.

Friendly waitress seated us pretty quickly. She got menu and asked about drinks. Be aware that they don’t serve alcohol however you are allowed to bring your own.
