Their attitude in doing any work was horrible. The female the minute she came, it was clear from her behaviour and the way she was pretending to work, that she is least interested to do anything at all!! She was only looking here and there and standing doing nothing unless told to! Then, they started throwing things in garbage without even asking if it is to be thrown or not! If i would not have seen and paid close attention to their work, I would not have realised that my stuff is being thrown away. Next, they told they cleaned the bathrooms, but instead of doing proper deep cleaning of the same, they simply put water on the floor and walls, thinking we would not realise. The scope of work included mattress, wall and ceiling dusting, but they didn’t bother to even touch them. Every minor to major work tasks, we had to tell them to do!!! It was a nightmare to deal with their lack of interest and experience, but also with their bad attitude and behaviour!! They left so many places untouched and did not clean them including the curtains of the house and kitchen blinds! When we complained about all do this to the manager, Mr. Rajesh, he had a no care attitude and did not intervene. It was an extremely stressful experience and shows the lack of skills, client service and quality this vendor provides! They have no after service inspection protocol where the customer can check everything and call out the things that were not done as part of the scope or were not done with quality!! Please do not go with this vendor unless you are ok with them driving things their own way and doing low quality job!
