Visited Thekkady Cafe and had their Kerala Veg Special Meal along with Chicken Chettinadu – both were absolutely awesome and truly authentic in taste. The food quality was top-notch, served hot and hygienic.

The food is delicious and they have a wider variety of authentic Kerala dishes mainly non-veg.

We went to this restaurant for lunch because it was recommended by our driver.
None of the rice items were available. So we ended up having appam and porotta along with beef roast, beef fry and chicken kondattam.

A very welcoming decor amongst the normal Kerala meals that are available in Thekkady. But that’s the only good thing about it.
There was an offer for unlimited pizzas and we went ahead with that. They had only a single choice of pizza for both veg and non veg and a drink that was complimentary.
Since it was an unlimited order, what followed was a big crust pizza along with a lot of mayonnaise and cheese. Sure to fall sick if you don’t keep the consumption of pizza in check.
Do not step into this place for any reason whatsoever!
