My other gripe was 2 pies just chucked into a paper bag which could have been put in a box which you have on the shelves? We’ve been here lots of times. For a pie shop that was dead at 1:30/2pm with 2 staff on, I now have to wait till tomorrow to arrive home and eat these instead.

Were given no compensation despite the room having no running water for over half the stay (across a number of days). We were unable to flush the toilets, use the sink, the shower or run the bath.
