We go to Moab almost every year, and know we're going to a food desert. When you get tired of burgers, pizza and everything fried, try the curry at this place. We found the outside dining area super peaceful and a welcoming change from touristy Main Street. It also shares space with a cool bike shop. It's at the very end of a dirt road. It's not fancy--but it has DELICIOUS healthy vegan Food, and has a really warm, communal vibe. The Kitchen itself is a food truck parked in a dirt lot--and next to it there is a carpeted area with tables and cute seating including a parked school bus!
