The local rafters would take you after the rapids to a calmer spot for some relaxation and ask you if you wanted to do cliff jumping. Cliff jumping can be seen being done from here and the warnings are clearly placed that the water is deep and current is strong. It can be done with life jackets being worn and with the boats forming a barricade against the flow of the current. Surprisingly there is a Maggie and tea stall nestled at the bottom between the cliffs and I am more mesmerized by that spirit of entrepreneurship rather than bravado of folks jumping 30 feet in deeper waters of the Holy Ganges.
