The water has reached to such an extent that we almost slipped on the floor as we weren't expecting this. 2. The pool does not have a shower to bathe before entering and after leaving. 3. The staff definitely need to be trained in hospitality, as the prices charged does not reflect the service provided. This in no way reflects on the staff. Management needs to ensure proper training is carried out as your very business is based on this. Things like keeping drinking bottles water and ice. 4. The property does not have a kitchen on site and food is prepared elsewhere. This was almost a nightmare for the poor chef in the torrential rain, and food was invariably cold. 5. The snooker table.
