The breakfast was standard buffet, £10 each whoch was good value. We went about 830am before the rush and noticed the queues as we were leaving, but the staff in the dining area were very efficient. Breakfast had plenty of choice, hot English and cold continental, plus the cereals and juices you would expect. Tea/coffee was table service which actually worked well. Checkout was easy. Overall let down by check in, otherwise it would have had 4 stars.

Paid just over £300 for 3 nights as a surprise for my husband for his birthday. Also had to pay £15 for parking on top of it. We come into the room and it smelt really damp and like wet dog. We sprayed some perfume and deodorant in the hope it would get better. The room itself was okay but wasn’t the best for the price. We went out and come back in the evening and the room still smell really bad. We spoke to reception and they said they wouldn’t be able to move us as there is no other suitable room till the following night.
