Check in, Rooms, Toiletries and Amenities - Check In is smooth, we booked through Go Ibibo, they called us a day before to confirm bookings and check in was no hassle at all. I must say, the lady and the gentleman at the reception were genuinely helpful and understanding. Rooms were clean, spacious, well maintained, and had a great vibe to them. Everything from Blankets to Beds, and from Washroom to Balcony was clean and well put. Toiletries were good, be it shampoo, conditioner, or slippers things were good (at least manageable). Amenities like rooftop pool, game room were good and clean, Gym is very basic. Staff is polite and very hospitable, they treat you with respect and take good care. Details: 1. We did Luxury Rooms with Balcony but this room only comes with partial mountain view, not what you'd see on GoIbibo, so if you want great view, go with honeymoon suites, they're the same room but better view. The property is centrally heated, BUT, this is only working 7 PM to 7 AM, after that, you might feel a little chilly there.
