The spa was amazing ,we got a couples massage and were able to use the facilities like the herbal sauna,salt sauna ,steam room etc. The only issues we had was with the concierge services. We felt these were subpar for a 5 star resort ,we have stayed at many 5 star establishments and just didn’t feel the same effort as we normally receive. I walked down to put some lighter items in my vehicle and (2) bell men opened the doors for me. I thought it was odd but i am very patient. I ended up having to grab the trolly my self after waiting around 20 mins with no response.
