We made our reservation on Thursday night for a 5 pm Friday dinner and our options at that point were 5 pm, or after 8:45. It was the crab soup and the blue crab puppies with out out of this world and the cornbread that came with the shrimp n grits! every single thing that we tried was amazing. The only thing I wish I could have more and I really want a room for the peach cobbler so I’m definitely coming back!

I love that their hours are from 8:00AM - 9:30PM/10:00PM. A lot of comparable places opened at 9 or 10. I'm an early riser so I was looking for breakfast places around the historic district that were within walking distance of where I was staying. This fit the bill. This is right on the river and looks to be a great spot to watch container ships come in. I did have to go down a steep flight of stairs to get to this place so be advised if you do choose here. I also don't believe there's easy street parking - as I said I walked here and it was only a few minutes from my hotel. However, I wouldn't let that deter you. We do not know if the shrimp was supposed to be cooked or not but if it was it had a fishy taste to it as if it was undercooked. Now the Cannelloni was terrible. The fettuccine sauce that the dish was swimming in was not flavorful and the ricotta cheese inside tasted old/not fresh. It seemed like this was frozen and then reheated and it was watery and a little sour. I did not touch it after 2 bites. Maybe our experience tonight was different or something was going on but it really was a big disappointment. From our experience I suggest not going here or maybe try something else like a pizza.
