Cubbon Parkの東側、Vittal Mallya Road沿いにあるクラフトビールが売りのレストラン。 Non Vegetarian Bitesは1780ルピー。5種類の揚げ物の盛合せ。クラフトビール6種飲み比べ385ルピー。10%のサービス料が加算されます。 店員さんは親切で気遣いもばっちり。ただ、食べ物もビールも玉石混交で値段には見合わないと感じました。 地球の歩き方に掲載されているためか、店内の多くは日本人観光客、駐在員っぽい人でした。

食事の後の一杯のビールがどうしても飲みたくて、UBCityに行く途中で見かけた地ビールレストランに入ってみました。Lagerを一杯。美味しい…今日はバンガロールに着いてからイマイチ気分が良くなかったので、一日の最後としては良かったです。

バンガロールの中心部に近い場所にあるお店。ホワイトフィールドにもあるらしい。３階建ての建物すべてがそのお店で、とても混雑している。店内は暗めで雰囲気もよし。ビールはもちろん美味しいし、食事もボリュー雨も味もOK。みんなでわいわい食べて飲んで日本円で３千円いかないくらいといった感じ。とにかく賑やか。予約した方が良いだろう。物足りなかったら近くのチャンセリーホテル内に日本食レストランがあるので、締めのそばも食べられる。

ビールが美味い、特にIPA。店の雰囲気が良く、土日の昼過ぎまで提供されるトースト、特にガーリックトーストが美味い。バンガロールだけでなく、他にもあってほしい。

近くにおしゃれなバー、レストランがたくさんあるが、間違えないように。レストランの入り口は、ビルの脇にあって、エレベーターで上へ。この辺りがちょっと雑居感があって夜は微妙かなと思う。中に入れば、そこは洗練されたバーそのもの。直後に来た人は、予約なしで待たされていたので予約推奨。ソファ席からカウンター席まで大にぎわい。ビールもタップに６つ繋がっていて、オリジナルビールの説明を読みながら好みのものを注文できる。どれも特徴があって面白い。食事も品質は悪くないが、日本人の口に合わないものもあるので、よく選んだ方が良いかもしれない。
