Issue I have is with a particularly aggressive bouncer, the very short Latino one on the second floor. Had to go back into the bar to get my jacket which had my house key in it. He didn’t want to let me but another cool bouncer did. Short latino bouncer physically pushed me out of the bar. Spoke to some friends about the guy and apparently he’s know for kicking people out and being really aggressive. But I want to say I like the establishment overall. There are very few seats, and they try to pack everyone in to utilize all the space available. The drink menu is incredibly small, forcing guests to opt for the "bartender's choice" where you pick a spirit and hope for the best. The drinks you get are quite simple (only a few ingredients) and are likely among a handful of drinks for each spirit they default to. This was made pretty evident to us when we saw that every drink on our bill was named, despite only ordering 2 drinks from the actual menu. The drinks were fine, but you can spend $16 a drink elsewhere to get a better cocktail that you don't have to wait two hours for the privilege to enjoy.
