She was extremely knowledgeable about all types of agave-based liquors and was able to provide us with an in-depth look into the different types of agave liquor, mezcal, and tequila that went above and beyond what we were expecting. We did not do a private tasting but it felt like we did just doing the regular tasting flights. So much so we ended up taking home a couple of bottles of our favorites! Didn’t try the limited food menu as we opted to get local tacos afterwards, but from what we saw, these little snacks were also a hit with those around us.
