Loud noise throughout the night - There is a pub next door that played loud music until 2AM both nights we were there. Other reviews had mentioned the loud noise but I assumed that it would be a faint sound in the distance - it is ABSOLUTELY NOT, as you can hear from the video I’ve shared. Unless you expect to be out until 2-3AM, the constant loud music, singing and yelling are not worth it as you’re trying to sleep. 2. Horrible bathroom - This hotel put absolutely no effort in maintaining or renovating the bathroom (it looks like a hospital bathroom, as you can see from the photo). There is no separate area to shower so the water pools up in the middle of the bathroom, even by the toilet. The layout is strange (no mirror in front of the sink, no place to put amenities). Judging from other photos, it does not seem like this is the case for all the rooms but as a hotel, they should be maintaining a standard level of quality for ALL rooms. 3. Not clean - The towels smelled as if they were not washed properly. The single bed frame had stains all around. The bathroom was moldy in different spots. There was trash in the bin when we first came in. For all these reasons, the quality and service of the hotel is NOT worth the money (we paid £152 for EACH night). The only redeeming quality is the location so if this is the only thing you’re looking for, then you won’t have any issues. Otherwise, save yourself the trouble and avoid this hotel at all costs.

The room was a perfect size, clean and had everything we needed. I would recommend bringing ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper as the walls are thin.
