Excellent communication and assistance in the weeks leading up to our trip, during our stay, and all around a pleasure. They made our trip stress free: helped book us on a Capri boat tour and guided Pompeii tour and all we had to do was show up for our ride in the parking lot. The breakfast every morning was delicious with amazing pastries, and really helped start our mornings off very relaxed. Though the resort is up in the hillside, they made it incredibly easy to access the city center and provided many various time slots to shuttle to and from the city. The rooms themselves were immaculate with breathtaking views - which our dinner was brought to our terrace. Dinner was incredibly delicious and hands down the best gnocchi I’ve ever had. Every aspect of our stay here was amazing. Antonella, Giuseppe, and staff really provided an amazing time and we were incredibly grateful for them. We would gladly come back and stay again when in Sorrento.

She offered to switch rooms and my fiancée agreed to not lose our money. That same morning we had tickets booked for Amalfi so we had to catch a ferry. My fiancée was told to leave the luggages ready by the door so they could switch them from room 22 to room 25. Later that day as we are enjoying ourselves in Amalfi, My fiancée noticed he received a message from Laura through booking.com asking if we wanted to switch to confirm within 2 hours. From the beginning his communication was helpful and he even accommodated our later check in of 8pm due to an issue with our ferry schedule. The location of the hotel couldn’t be better and is walking distance to anywhere you would need in sorrento. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the train and maybe 15 minutes from the ferry. The rooms are a nice size and we had a room with a balcony. The balcony was over a street with no cars so it was nice and quiet.
