Island Inn is a beautiful property that is worth the stay. The staff are helpful and have thought of everything (you can easily rent bikes, paddle boards and kayaks on property - they even have bug spray if you need it!).
The room we received was almost identical to the pictures online and was in pristine condition when we arrived. Clean and fresh. The room was comfortable and well appointed with everything we needed and more. We were able to cook a few simple meals in the kitchen, and it was so nice to have water and ice in the full sized fridge during our stay. The water pressure on the shower was strong, and the AC was quiet instead of a loud roaring unit like in so many beach hotels. Little extras like that really make a beach stay that much more comfortable.
Island Inn is now in our list to come back to again and again!

I've been staying at the Island Inn since before I could walk, as my mom and cousin have been coming here since before I was born. We were so sad that the Inn was destroyed during the hurricane and are happy they've been able to rebuild. We stayed in the Matthews Lodge on the first floor. The room is beautiful and comfortable. The staff are friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We arrived after the front desk closed. They reached out to us in advance, sent us all the info we'd need by email, and had our room keys ready for us in a lock box. The location is great, with beautiful views of the Gulf. Having spent my childhood summer's on the Island and properties there since 1980, the post-hurricane recovery appears to be well underway and the island is coming back to life. This hotel was phenomenal. Straight line-of-sight to the beach, large rooms and patios, and private stairs down to beach level, it felt like a private island. The staff was very accommodating, the rooms were clean, the outside common areas were clean, and the overall experience was amazing. Will be going back!

Island Inn provided the perfect 4 day getaway. It’s peaceful/quiet and Ken provided the best information at check in. The property is still in some recovery mode from storm damage but our building/room was new and very nice with a perfect ocean view. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided and you can rent bikes, paddle boards, etc on site. They even saved the “bell” from the former Traditions restaurant. Highly recommend this hotel.

While Sanibel is still very much in recovery phase, we really appreciated the efforts of the staff at the island Inn to make our stay as enjoyable as it had been in years past. I took my family the weekend of August 8 to the Sanibel Island area. We originally checked into another hotel that was just before the bridge that connected us to the island. It was such a horrible experience, the room was dark, beds were poor quality, and I just couldn’t see myself saying there for another night with my family. Luckily, I was able to secure a room at Sanibel Inn for the remaining half of our stay. What an incredible difference, like night and day! Clean, welcoming, beautiful access to the gulf. Despite our stay falling a rainy weekend, we made the most of it. We arrived hours before our allotted check-in time, but Ms. Glory was so kind enough to expedite the cleaning service of the room, so we were able to check in a couple of hours earlier. My only regret is not having booked this resort for the original duration of our vacation. I would definitely like to return to this destination on a sunny weekend, and if so, then this will be my go-to place. Thank you so much to the warm and welcoming staff!

Grand opening after Ian restoration was in February, 2025. Everything is new and whomever did the restoration knew their stuff. It is not just new, it is top notch. The furniture is high quality, the decor is fresh and modern and the grounds are lush and well-kept. They supply the room with great coffee and even have high-quality paper towels and TP…my wife loved it.
Pool is 7’6” deep at the deep end, very nice. All amenities are high quality and the property is well-staffed. The food at Dante’s is excellent, try the Avocado Toast for breakfast!
The beach is just a few steps away and equipped with many complimentary items like paddle boards, chairs, umbrellas and kayaks. The beach is white sand, loaded with sea shells and has a beautiful sunrise.
The whole island is refreshed and the causeway is beautiful after being repaired. Sanibel Island is a real go-to for a Florida destination, and Sanibel Inn is the best I have been to, although I am certainly not a professional tourist, lol.

We came here for our honeymoon and its been absolutely gorgeous. The resort is very clean, its very nice and the cost was fair for our stay. Our room has an amazing view of the ocean and is updated and very clean. The staff is friendly and they seem to enjoy working here. We like the location, its right on the beach and anything you need is within 5 to 10 mins driving, or about 20 walking/biking. This is a great place, we cant wait to come back for our anniversary.

We stayed at the Sanibel Inn. Convenient and easy to find. Ample parking. The room we rented was great. Had a kitchen area, a small safe for valuables, view of the gulf and pool from a fully screened in patio/balcony. Beach was just steps away with first come, first serve lounge chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels. Tiki bar restaurant by the pool was delicious for lunch or afternoon snacks and beverages. Dante's restaurant was on site and had delicious breakfast and dinner options. Staff were all very nice and friendly. We can't wait to come back.

This place became my favorite in Florida. Far from noisy pool, crowded beaches and loud music. The hotel itself is renovated and everything is new and nice. The hotel offers pool, beach chairs, kayaks, paddle boards, bikes and tennis/pickle ball courts. All free of charge including parking.
The hotel staff is absolutely amazing, friendly and helpful. Fin, Mickie, Ryan went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The only downsize was that hotel doesn’t have a laundry room and fitness. We will be back next year ☺️

The property is beautiful. The pools are lovely. The tiki bar was fun and served delicious food. The room was nice. The location was perfect!
We loved all the amenities included in what we felt was a very reasonable activities fee. We rode bikes, paddle boarded, enjoyed the provided beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas, ate a good breakfast, and we swam in two pools and relaxed in the hot tub, all for no additional charge! We also enjoyed the screened in porch, the included bottle of wine, and the direct beach access.
Above all, we enjoyed the staff, especially Amanda and the maintenance crew. Amanda was over the top professional and friendly. She handled every single request we had with a smile. We had a couple small issues in the room, and she not only promptly took care of them, she gave us a $50 gift card the tiki bar to compensate for our inconvenience! Amanda is exactly who you hope to find when you are escaping the stress of every day life by going on vacation!

The staff at Song of the Sea were excellent and the day time staff at the front desk Victoria was extra helpful to make our stay at the in excellent! The grounds are amazing, flowers and lush trees like your staying in your own private gardens, nice pool although cause of COV19 there was no Jacuzzi plus the adjoining properties have an excellent Tiki bar and grill which have excellent simple meals well prepared with great flavor! We went there for some R&R and the beach was fantastic plus allot less kids at the beach and the pool so we had a relaxing time. The rooms are a little retro but ours had and extra back couch/bedroom W/TV and the air conditioning never failed once. I would recommend if you can get it a second floor room so you would have a better view of the beach but even the first floor rooms have that garden view which is outstanding. The grounds remind me like resorts in Jamaica without going on a plan and getting taxied around for hours to get there. I have to say it again Victoria and her staff were 5 star plus in going out of there way to make us feel at home!

Everything was very nice and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Very laid back and old Style Florida. The grounds were immaculate and perfectly manicured. The beach was awesome with the chairs and umbrellas they furnished for free. Pool and hot tub were perfect and they were clean. The room had a small kitchenette and full size refrigerator which we utilized for breakfast and lunch. There were two high back chairs in the room, however they were not that comfortable and more of a lounging chair would have been better. Lovely place to stay for a peaceful beach vacation. Great staff (shout out to Amanda and Mikey, the housekeeping and the kitchen staff for taking great care of us this past week). The breakfast is really nice, there’s no shortage of bikes to get around the island, and there’s easy beach access with chairs and umbrellas. We checked out paddle boards and you can check out a kayak during your stay from the sister hotel next door (included in the price of your stay). We enjoyed our stay at Song of the Sea. It is a lovely setting and nice landscape. However, we felt it was overpriced. The room was clean and comfortable, but the kitchen and furniture very worn. Bathroom was dated. The breakfast was a nice addition, but the day it rained, we could only eat in our room. A covered terrace would be nice. We like the Tiki bar, but the bike tours are no longer, and when we did bike, the quality of the bikes was poor. My husband had to turn around.

I can't say enough about this hotel. I've been staying here for the past 10 years. It's one of those old style Florida hotels that are hard to find. I love the absolute serenity and quietness, the pool, the shelling cleaning area, and the location. No one bothers you and the grounds are lovely. Great location! Room was nice and clean. Desk clerk was friendly and helpful with check in process and location of room and with all the amenities. Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, bikes with helmets the pool was huge with a view of the Gulf as were all the rooms. Complementary breakfast, juice and coffee. Great value for the price! Free parking. Beach cruiser bikes are free and first come, first serve, but really need to be updated. They are rusty and old, and the chains fall off sometimes while riding them. Breakfast was great for a grab'n'go style. The rooms are basic, it was nice to have a full size refrigerator and stove. We enjoyed our 4 day getaway to this little Inn! We stayed in room 212. The room is older but clean. Room service available upon request. The beach is very close and the pool closer. They set up beach lounge chairs and yellow beach umbrellas every morning. These are free to use. We also used the kayaks, paddle boards, bikes and pickle ball courts. NO hot tub available on site.. The pool closes at sundown . The island grocery stare and other stores close early also. As long as you prepare for this it isn't an issue. There are many biking trails on the island. The beach is sand with shells. Breakfast is muffins, pastry, bagels, toast, granola bars, fruit, precooked boiled eggs, etc. Drinks at breakfast were coffee, juice, milk, silk chocolate milk. I may have forgot something. The beach has small biting bugs that come out early in the morning and at sundown. I understand this to be island wide and on other FL beaches. I give it 4 stars because some of the employees didn't seem to understand basic English and that was frustrating. There was a younger man who was an absolute fountain of information and Restaurant suggestions. He was always right on the money and provided excellent service.

The office staff was fantastic. We stayed Fri-Sun & loved every minute of our experience. We were looking for a quiet & relaxing beach get away for our anniversary & Seaside Inn of Sanibel delivered! We didn’t take advantage of the kayak or paddle boards but having the beach chairs & umbrellas on the beach were a great addition. We visited right before Memorial Day weekend so the entire island was quiet which was totally awesome! We paid quite a bit of money to stay for two nights mid week ($740). While the grounds to the beach and pool area were amazing, the rooms definitely need some updates. We arrived around 6pm and had to stop at their sister resort to retrieve our room keys down the street as guest services is unavailable after 6. We paid for a partial gulf room top floor room but really it’s just a deck that anyone can walk onto and their is no privacy between any of the top floor rooms. Resort fees include bikes, beach chairs, etc. Free morning breakfast is grab and go items. Staff were kind and attentive. Rating is based on price paid for an outdated room, resort fees that should be complimentary, and a breakfast buffet that was less then desirable. 5 stars for staff and location. I would recommend staying here but understand you are paying top dollar for an clean outdated room in a great location.

Seaside Inn was the perfect getaway for me and my three kids after a difficult school year. The proximity to the beach was fantastic and I enjoyed shelling most mornings around sunrise. The facilities were clean and well-kept and the employees were all fantastic. Thomas at reception was very helpful and welcoming. The kids loved being able to go swimming almost everyday and enjoyed using the pool noodles and floats that were provided. First this is the lower end of the 4 resorts. The pool was small and just older. The room was older too and the headboards were filthy with hair and dust. The rest of the room was decent size but just real old and dim looking. Considering that it faces the pool, you would think it would be brighter. Bathroom was decent size. At night, there is no one around and if emergency, who do we contact? I received a text late night advising that if I had questions to text the number but when I did inquire as to the complimentary breakfast, I received a text next morning telling me it was at the front desk and ends at 11am. Not enough time for us to plan. The check in was smooth, Thomas was pleasant. Parking was limited for sure. I would return to this area which is beautiful but not to this inn. The beach area directly in front of this inn had sand fleas.. just a caution. We checked out a day early and no refund or credit was offered.

Quiet and fun atmosphere!!! Reminds me of growing up and vacationing in Florida. Accommodations are all updated but you have the old Florida beach feel before condos and high rises. The staff are incredible, so helpful and kind!!! Steven and the other people at the front desk were incredible. True customer service at its very best!!! I can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff and the Sea Side Inn. Not only is the place and location perfect but they offer breakfast every morning, free kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and lounge chairs. A+++++ all the way. Can’t wait to come back!!!! Such a great place to stay, especially during the off season. You will feel like you have the entire place to yourself. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. During check in they tell you all about the island, like where to go eat, when the best time for shelling is, how to avoid the bugs, etc. All great information. We spent 6 nights here in November. The resort itself is older and could use a little paint and maybe some new furniture. But.....we had a wonderful time here. The one bedroom suite was spacious and clean and had all the amenities we needed. Housekeeping was on top of everything and the staff was friendly and pleasant. Even the maintenance men were awesome, especially Kevin who helped us with luggage on our rainy day arrival. The location on the beach was perfect as well as free use of kayaks and bikes. It’s located to the right of Tarpon Beach. Ask for an updated room. One thing I liked was the book shelf. It’s very quiet and peaceful. There’s no charge for kayaks or bikes or ridiculous fees. The staff was friendly and the lady who did our room service was very sweet. The body wash smells like cucumber & mint. The pool is open late and the drinks are reasonably priced. I cried when it was time to leave. I almost didn’t come because I didn’t want to be around pets; but I hardly saw any and the ones I did see were spoiled and polite. Book here today! It’s dated but I find most places on the island is but have to say love the screened in patio that faces beach and pool area is awesome with chairs and hanging your wet bathing suits 👙 . The bathroom are so small and toilet handle had to jiggle to stop running and TV is small for the size and distance from bed. They do have nice grounds and access to beach and pool. Butterfly garden was a nice surprise. Booked room for 4 but only had three towels so had to go back lobby for missing towels, staff were great. The paddle boards, rafts and bikes are a nice bonus. There's a screened in porch attached and the beach is right there to walk on. I took a couple days off to travel to the beach with my dog Nama. West Wind Island Resort was just what I was looking for, nothing too fancy but with a cozy beachside vibe. The room was clean and had nice amenities. Kitchenette with sink, stove, microwave and fridge. Some dishes. I loved being on the first floor with a screened in porch for easily going in and out with the dog. I spent a lot of time reading there. It's an easy walk over the dune to the beach. There's a nice pool area and they have a bar for food and drinks with nightly live music in the early evening. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They kindly welcomed my pet with a little treat bag. There is a pet fee of $35 per night but that is reasonable compared to other places. The only thing I would like to see is a better poolside shower for cleaning myself and my pup after beach time. I would definitely stay again.

The rooms had both modern and functional updates that met all of our expectations and needs. My daughter and I were looking for a relaxing, low key beach adventure. This spot was perfect. The rooms would have been tight for a family with lots of stuff, but we didn't spend much time in the room! We liked the central location so we could get to either side of the island in about 15 minutes. It was close to the grocery store and a variety of dining options. The best burger we have had in a long time was the restaurant on site. It was fantastic! They had some nice grab-and-go options also for breakfast and snacks.

Location is great because it’s right on the beach. Tiki bar is a nice option when you don’t want to leave the grounds. Enjoyed the fish sandwich. I wouldn’t recommend the frozen cocktails though. They taste watered down. No one in our group could taste the rum. I asked the bartender to top off my drink with some rum and was surprised to see an additional charge of $14 for topping it off. Mind you, it wasn’t even a shooter that they added to my drink, it was about a one second pour.

The beach is right there and they have some beach loungers and umbrellas but you need to get out there when they are first putting them out. We spent a few days in the Raspberry Cottage recently and it was a wonderful experience. The office staff is wonderful and so pleasant. We didn't have any issues but feel certain that if we had, it would have been addressed right away. We have stayed at the Pineapple Lodge two times previously and this year decided to stay in one of the cottages. It appears that it's under new management since our last visit several years ago and we were not disappointed. The cottage worked well for our family of four. It's not a condo or a "beach resort" but it gives an "old" Florida resort feel (but the rooms are updated and the color scheme for the cottage we stayed in was very nice. It hasn't lost it's charm!) Each cottage has pastel colors and are named appropriately (Lime cottage was green, Blueberry cottage was blue, etc.) The landscape was beautiful. Foliage and greenery made you feel like you had your own little space. We were right next to the pool, but I couldn't see anyone from our view. It was a short walk to the beach. We even rode bikes around the island this time and everyone in the family had a great time. The bike paths are awesome. The shelling is great and they have a shell washing station which my kids enjoyed. I do look forward to getting back again!

Waterside Inn was the place I enjoyed staying the most on Sanibel. The location was great, the rooms were large, comfortable, and well priced, and the staff was awesome. I Did stay here one night. I always try different cottage homes and areas to see how the experience is. My check in was at 3 pm. My room was not ready till 3.30 pm. The room was semi clean I found sand in the floor after my first walk in with no sandals. I always leave them outside. Other than that all was clean and organized. They will provide towels. you need to return with keys or get charge $10. You will need to pay at 21.30 charge additional to the room price for cleaning. The distance to the beach is a good one but is not as private when you have everyone in the same spot trying to get the best area to camp. I did however enjoyed how easy is to walk back to the cottage. People are nice and helpful. My units front window wouldn't open. But I was able to slide it and had some light. Not a biggie. My favorite part of my stay at Waterside Inn was the General Manager Carol. She was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying our time including offering us some bug spray when we were getting eaten alive. I had many lovely convos with her and she had great recommendations.
The Cottage was clean and spacious and is steps to the beach. If you're looking for a laid back quiet resort on the beach, this is your spot. I've lived in the area and been out to the island for over 15 years and this by far was my favorite place to stay.

Wonderful place to stay on the water. We initially picked it for our mother and daughter week because I was taking my pup, and what a great choice. Everyone at the inn was very helpful and friendly. We had super easy beach access, a pool and shuffle board. I booked the blueberry #114 which was the farthest from the beach (not far at all). We stayed for one night. We got 2 rooms in the motel. Rooms were very clean and good size. Owners were very friendly and gave us information on where to eat. Each room has a parking space. We rented the bikes they have available there which is convenient. The pool is also nice and clean.The beach is clean and not crowded.

My kids would like to give this place a 10 out of 5 stars! We just returned from a staycation at the newly reopened Shalimar Beach Resort, and I cannot say enough good things about this place!
From the start, everything was seamless , super easy reservations, a friendly and welcoming front desk team, and a beautifully updated property that feels both modern and true to Sanibel. Our room was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The small kitchen and appliances were such a bonus for families like ours who love the option to cook in.
It’s definitely family friendly, but I could just as easily see this being the perfect spot for a romantic getaway. The atmosphere is peaceful, the beach access is amazing, and the shelling right outside the resort was some of the best we’ve ever experienced.
A highlight of our stay was the rooftop terrace — Sanibel’s only rooftop lookout! It made the most stunning venue for my surprise birthday party. The sunset views were absolutely unforgettable, and I can already picture weddings, celebrations, and special events taking place up there.

We used the outdoor pool, and definitely walked the property boardwalk to the beach several times a day for shelling.

A couple of great restaurants within walking distance , major grocery and convenience stores within a 20 minute drive. This unit would be good for no more than 3 days. There is NO counter space. The coffee maker has to sit on top of the refrigerator. It isn't possible to make a sandwich. There is a small table that has to be used. Only about 10 total pieces of cutlery, one sharp knife, and a corkscrew, not even a can opener. We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed the place overall. We liked the bikes, beach wagon, umbrella, and chairs. Comfy bed but the walls were thin— could hear the neighbors. We had a great stay here in the Banyan room! Large, clean rooms with everything you need. The pool and deck were really nice to have on the red tide days. Staff were all super helpful and friendly. I had the pleasure of staying at the Sunshine Island Inn in September of 2024. The accommodations were exactly what I needed for my weekend getaway. My bed and pillow were both comfy—something I rarely find when staying away from home! The location is convenient, particularly if you like Lighthouse beach and excellent shelling. Returned July 2025 and surprised to see, after yet another 2 hurricanes they had this place in tip top shape. Once again, not only was the owner on site but when we forgot the correct room code, on Saturday nite, she made her way back (14 min drive) to let us in.
My husband and I live in Florida (2hrs from Sanibel) and frequent different areas and stay at "ABNB" type of places and have NEVER been treated so well, with personal attention by owner and at THE BEST price on the island. Even with the restriction (no pets or kids) it works for us as senior retirees.

There was no access to the door locked outside the front door of condo, or the locked door underneath in the parking area. There was a rusty cart, and some rusty chairs available on the lanai, but we had to buy all new, and left there for the next group. It would be nice to have some of the beach essentials provided, or some accessibility to the locked closets, I would rather leave beach gear downstairs.
Parking - parking a van under the building is a little tough, tight quarters with posts - assigned parking, with a few flex spots in the open, but they are usually full.
Complex doesn't have a ton of units which is nice.
Dishwasher, cabinets, and oven are showing their age. They need to put the trash can in a cabinet with a pullout.
The boardwalk to the beach is nice.
Location couldn't be better.
Close to Bailey's, Doc Ford's, George and Wendy's, Joey's Custard, and Over Easy Cafe. It doesnt get better than that.
The 2 twin beds in the bedroom are terrible. Main improvement would be the twin beds. I would do a full and a twin in this room, and replace the matresses.
The celing fans take candlebra bulbs, no extras in condo, tons of type A in drawers, but had quite a few of the ceiling fan bulbs burnt out. Knives need sharpened.
There is no trash chute by your condo, you do have to take to a central location near front of property. It is a nice walk, or put in your trunk and drop off. It is well lit an night as well which is nice.
We had a party of 5, it was a little tight.
Tv's and cable are good.
Internet access is good.
Unit has washer/dryer.
I would replace the dishwasher, stove, and cabinets, and vacuum (breaker bar doesn't work) and do the main living area to the lanai all tile, no carpet, but would do some area carpets. The carpet is nearing end of life in high traffic areas.
Overall, this place is a great value, we would stay there again.

This was very special stay. I came to the Sandpiper (a sister property right next to Palmview) with my daughter on Spring Break, and I couldn't have asked for a better Sanibel experience. The beach was within walking distance, there were free bikes, the rooms were clean, modern, newly renovated and well stocked -- and best of all, the custom service was on point and immediately accessible for the occasional questions we had, addressing a variety of question prior to our stay and during that made us really feel taken care of. Can't wait to come back to these properties next year. Thank you!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Sandpiper Inn, the sister property of Palm View Inn. The room was spotless, and the overall environment was quiet, serene, and perfect for relaxation. The location is excellent, just a short distance from beautiful beaches and great restaurants, making it convenient for families and travelers looking to explore Sanibel.
Everything about our stay was great, and we truly loved it. The only minor suggestion would be to provide essentials like salt, hand soap, and extra bar soap and shampoo for families staying multiple days. However, this is a very small thing and does not affect my rating at all—the experience was still fantastic!
If you're looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway in Sanibel, I highly recommend Sandpiper Inn. We would absolutely stay here again!

Only plus is location. There were 6 of us in Palmview. There was one dresser in one of the rooms. There was no place to put our clothes and nothing to set our suitcases on. Bathrooms were small and very limited space. The parking was cramped and difficult to get in and out because of the limited space. The beds were very uncomfortable. They were either too hard or too soft. Two bedrooms had ceiling fans. A remote from one bedroom controlled the ceiling fan in the other bedroom. Would not recommend as there are many places the looked more invited with a better set-up. Only positive was it's an easy walk to the beach.

This Thanksgiving our adult children and their families rented three cottages at the Palmview Inn. It was perfect in every way. Check-in was easy and what few questions they had were answered quickly. The location was an easy walk to the beach and our house. The cottages had just been completely remodeled and had everything they needed.The beds were so comfortable and the bathrooms beautiful. There was plenty of room to spread out for those who had to work remotely. Everyone loved it and can't wait to go back!

Rooms look nice, but missing some functionality, there is no place for anything in the bathroom. One towel rack and no hooks. There is no shelf in the shower, so everything had to go on the floor. You could barely walk sideways on the wall side of the bed. There are no usb ports anywhere. The biggest issue is the no-see-ums. Got 30+ bites the first day, then bit all night the next inside the room. Could have at least mentioned using bug spray. Easy walk to the beach. Bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, and even shell scoopers to borrow. Would have definitely had a better stay had I known about the bugs and prepared. Great shelling.

We stayed here with a baby over thanksgiving and cannot say enough good things. The owners were responsive, and so helpful getting us whatever we needed. Close proximity to the beach, beautifully renovated rooms - post hurricane, and large spacious suites makes this the best place to stay with your family!

Laid back, unique and all the amenities people want for an island beach vacation. Because each room is different it may appear confusing as you read the reviews. Don’t hesitate. Just look at the photos and pick the unit that appeals to you. All are clean, well maintained, colorful and well equipped. Each room is more like a tiny cottage IMO and comes with portable beach chairs and umbrella. Beach cruiser bikes are there to borrow and because there are bike paths throughout the island we never drove the car. Short walk to the beach. Very nice and involved owners. Reasonable rates. It’s a great choice.
