Right from the first day, he wouldn't allow us to touch the AC control, volume control which we din't mind too much. But as the trip went on, it became more difficult for us. It was almost as if they did a favour on us by sending a newish car and as if we had no clue how to use and take care of high-end cars. The driver had problem taking us to various sight-seeing locations even though ours was a fixed kms billing and we were ready to pay extra if we went beyond it. Another disaster was when we had to cancel our sight-seeing plan because the driver's phone was switched off for nearly 4-5 hours (which he later claimed was because of no network!). Even bigger issue was that their main office numbers were all switched off regularly even during weekdays which actually made me suspicious of Saregama Travels - I mean who has all their main business numbers switched off for hours and days right in the middle of a business week. If you are going ahead with them, I would strongly recommend you ask them for a driver who is friendly and helpful. If possible, Saregama travels needed to be avoided.
