When this was pointed out to the server she did send feedback to the kitchen but they swore blind it was turkey gravy 🙄. Our desserts of Christmas pudding were very nice and in fact this was the highlight of the whole meal. I would have gladly paid more for this supposedly special meal and we expected more from this establishment. A few of the girls were nice but the woman that seems to be the manager/new owner is in a world of her own and has no time for the customer and is just shouting absolute rubbish across the shop to her friends cooking. Last time she forgot what I asked for twice and then still wrote it down wrong and I had to wait for 1 of the buttys to be remade, while the ones in my bag were going cold, I was 1 of 2 customers and was in the shop for 25 mins and I only asked for basic buttys and they wasn't running round making loads of other orders or i could have understood. I won't be going back and wouldn't recommend anyone else does either.
