Nothing was too much trouble, even asking about non spicy options for some amazing dishes! All courses received were perfectly prepared and laid out like you would expect in a much more expensive restaurant, the tastes and flavours were perfection. From someone who doesn’t rate pub chains well and the usual freezer to microwave culture, none of our food had this vibe at all. I don’t usually rate higher than 7 for a pub chain with repeat menus and standards, but to my surprise I was extremely pleased with everything. When our family come to visit us from South they all have to eat Queen Vic fish and chips.
