On our last day when requesting a late checkout the senior female receptionist was quite curt in telling us the best she could offer was 1pm. So we checked out at 12.30 and went out for a few hours, having left our luggage at the hotel. On our return to collect our luggage and use the bathrooms before our departure, I asked the same receptionist if there was a quiet space we could use to pray before leaving for the airport, she quickly without any hesitation said all the rooms were occupied, the meeting rooms were full, the ballroom etc all occupied. It is off season and the hotel seemed very quiet to me. In all our years of travelling we have asked for space for prayer in many hotels, museums, restaurants, airports, train stations etc, and never been dismissed in such a manner. Bathroom was great and shower room for two! Was nice not to have to deal with a bath and shower in 1. Room also had a balcony which was great to chill and enjoy a beer. Location is perfect t for shopping, dinning or exploring the lake shores and easy 10 minutes from the station. Breakfast was included in my stay and the buffet was adequate for my liking. I'd stay here again.
