The room was ok not great for the price point. Obscured lake view but we were on the first floor which sucked. The pool is tiny. The hot tub is not even hot. The sauna could use a deep clean. The gym closed for reno's. The staff experience at the front desk was below average although the reservation experience was for me a 1 out of 10. The price point for the hotel is simply not justified. I mean almost $40 per day for parking was steep. They claim boutique status although there was nothing in my experience that said boutique at all. The best part of the experience was actually the Shuttle service. The driver was terrific. I think his name was Ken. Sadly I had much higher expectations that were not even close to being met. You are better off getting a hotel in the Village then staying here. I for one will share my experience with friends, co-workers, and business contacts to avoid this place.

I have now stayed here on three separate occasions and it has delivered every time. Pros: The location is unbeatable. It could not be better positioned for everything in the entire area. This was our first time staying at The Crystal Lodge and it made for a perfect Whistler getaway. It was very central, easy to stroll in and around the village and back.
