I was concerned at first, since it was significantly cheaper than all of the higher end hotels. Luckily though, when we entered our room it was very well cleaned and even smelled nice. The manager’s Tesla never left its spot in the four days we were there and the first morning after checking in, I saw him get out of bed in the tiny room he lives in off of the lobby, which was awkward as his door was open. I wish I had paid a little extra to stay somewhere nicer/updated. The rooms were renovated and clean. Somewhat spacious in the classic suite me and my friends booked. It did exceed my expectations not going to lie. It was somewhat uncomfortable at first but the longer you laid in it your body literally sank into it and it got progressively comfortable. My only complaint was the shower. Not sure if any other guests had the same issue but we did but it isn’t a deal breaker. The AC was also loud but I was able to sleep through it. It did cool the room very quickly tho very effective so I’ll excuse the loud noise it made. Not a bad place to stay tho I’d give it an 8/10 overall. It’s clean and up to date with friendly staff that’s what really matters.

The spa tub spewed an unknown gritty brown substance that maintenance made a concerted effort to resolve but unfortunately the problem persisted and therefore wasn’t in good working order for use. The bed linen had small rips in it. The mattress was extremely firm with a metal box spring that wasn’t conducive to intimacy. There were no bedside lights, no safe, or an in room iron. The heating/cooling unit was loud. To add insult to injury, my request for a price adjustment given these issues went totally ignored. However, staff were pleasant, overall the accommodation was clean, the price & location were a plus. A nice quality & flavorful coffee (Starbucks’ Cafe Verona) was offered in the room. It's one of the best spas to visit as part of a group as there are different areas to spend time together in. There's an atrium-like room where one can converse and have light snacks and beverages. There's an octagon-shaped room, all windows, with a fire in the middle.
