Personally, the staff tried their hardest but were clearly understaffed and overwhelmed with the already busy establishment when we arrived. There was no staff to be seen. The kitchen staff were apologetic but this is the first time I've ever had to do this at any restaurant. It felt like they shut at 9.30 (as they kept pointing out to people) and were only interested in getting cleaned down and out on time. The only time we did get prompt service was when we finally saw someone and asked for the bill. This is the first time I have ever left a restaurant without leaving a tip, but a tip is for good service which we most certainly didn't receive on this occasion. The food however was very delicious and the first member of staff we dealt with was very helpful so thankyou to her.
